Description: Located in Torquay this project involves construction of a new three storey commercial and apartment building with carparking. The building comprises of three commercial tenancies on the ground floor, four residential apartments on level 1 and two penthouse apartments on level 2.

The shape of the building is complex, with angled walls and roofs. The structure is a combination of piling, concrete footings, precast concrete, in-situ concrete and the structural steel roof. The fabric of the external cladding showcases the many products used in modern construction. Precast concrete, alucobond cladding, colourbond roofing, Scyon Axon cladding, Scyon Linea cladding, aluminium windows and glazing, aluminium screens and sunshading. Internal finishes include stone benchtops, timber flooring and large tiles balconies. Services include a passenger lift, airconditioning, apartment security, ducting for commercial kitchens and NBN internet. External coloured paving, stonework and soft landscaping compliments the quality finish of the building.
